Creating an account with the CONTOUR®DIABETES app
Always consult your healthcare provider prior to making changes to treatment, diet or exercise.
With CONTOUR®DIABETES app you can easily back up and consolidate results from multiple CONTOUR® connected blood glucose meters into a single account for secure and comprehensive blood glucose monitoring.

Account Setup

Welcome

• Create a CONTOUR®CLOUD account to view data from multiple blood glucose meters on multiple devices through the app and more.
• You can be confident that your data is secure and protected: The CONTOUR®DIABETES app applies appropriate safeguards to ensure your personal data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable laws.

Date of Birth

• Select your date of birth, then select Done.
• Select Continue to confirm your date of birth.

Email and Password

• Enter your email address, password and password confirmation.
• Your password must be at least eight characters and contain at least one letter and at least one number.
• Read and agree to the CONTOUR®DIABETES app Terms and Conditions.
• Select Continue.

Activating Your Account

Email Verification

• You will be sent an email which you need to validate. Once validated select Email Account Verified.

Account Activation

• Your account is now active.
  
• You are now ready to start using the CONTOUR®DIABETES app.
• Select Continue.
