How to Share Blood Glucose Reports in the CONTOUR®DIABETES App

How to share your blood glucose reports with your Healthcare Professional
Always consult your healthcare provider prior to making changes to treatment, diet or exercise.
With the CONTOUR®DIABETES app, you have the ability to send your blood glucose results to your doctor in advance of your appointment, or share your results on the day of your appointment.

Accessing Reports

From My Readings screen select the Main Menu symbol.
Select My Care.
Then select Reports.

Report Types

Blood Sugar Report

Displays an overview of your profile data from the last 90 days with before and after-meal values.
The report is sent as a PDF.

Blood Sugar Diary

Displays a detailed weekly report with details and average values of blood glucose readings, insulin, carbohydrates and activities.
The report is sent as a PDF.

Raw Data File

Blood glucose data can be exported from the app as a Raw Data File (csv file) that can be viewed on multiple platforms including Microsoft® Excel.

Sharing Reports

Share a Blood Sugar Report or Blood Sugar Diary

To share a Blood Sugar Report, Blood Sugar Diary or Raw Data File, please review and consent to the data export.
To proceed, tap Agree button.
To prepare Blood Sugar Report, you should type your name to be placed in the report.
Tap View Report to generate report.
To prepare Blood Sugar Diary, you should type your name to be placed in the report.
Then select how many recent weeks data should be included in the report.
Tap View Diary to generate report.
Once report is generated, tap Share button.
Your mobile device will show how the report file can be shared.
You can choose an email or another way to share the report with your Healthcare Professional.
