The CLINILOG® Logbook helps you conveniently track your daily blood glucose test results.

How long can each CLINILOG® Logbook be used?

Each order includes a pack of five logbooks, with space to record up to 40 weeks of glucose readings. Each individual logbook includes 7 weeks of entry space, providing a structured way to monitor your diabetes data over time.

What information can I track in the CLINILOG® Logbook?

You can record daily blood glucose levels, insulin doses, meals, and notes, all in one organized place.

How does the CLINILOG® Logbook support diabetes management?

By keeping diabetes-related information in one place, the logbook encourages consistent tracking and makes it easier to spot trends over time. It also helps simplify sharing your data with your healthcare provider.

*8.4% applies to values ≥100mg/dL. An ad hoc analysis demonstrated that 95% of results fell within ±8.4 mg/dL or ±8.4% of the laboratory reference values for glucose concentrations <100 mg/dL or ≥100 mg/dL, respectively, when tested via subject-obtained capillary fingertip results (patients with diabetes).
